This product has been awarded the “Galician Shoulder of Pork” designation of origin; a guarantee that the strictest regulations have been followed in making it and that the nutrition used in the feeding of the animals has been rigorously inspected.
An entirely homemade product, salted in air-conditioned storerooms to ensure consistency throughout the whole process before being cured slowly in drying sheds wherev the temperature and humidity are controlled.
